Title: Lost username and password? for LS-X1 nas navigator

hey, have lost the password and username for my nas navigatore LS-X1 and it does not have a reset button. how to i retrieve the password or how can i reset the whole thing.i need to upgrade the device so please advice.

I've seen this topic several times with links to a reset-tool but links became out of dat. Please advice
