Title: Lost access to Shared Folder
Post by: arnieb on March 08, 2014, 07:01:35 PM
Hi all,
I'm new to this forum. I recently purchased a Linkstation LS-WXL365 with dual hard drives that I configured for a RAID array. It all worked fine. I shut it off and went on vacation and when I restarted it, I could no longer see the Shared folder with Windows 7.

I went into NAV2 and tried to remap the Shared folder but it kept telling me to create a folder named "Share". However, I did create that folder using the web interface.

I thought the firmware might be corrupted, but when I tried to reload it, it told me I didn't need it.

I'm sort of stuck right now, any suggestions would be most welcome.

Arnie

can you manually map the share using the Linkstations IP?
