Hi all,
I am in day 6 now of this unit erasing (I19 0 Filling message on the front display). It's an 8Tb model. Is this normal? Not sure whether to pull the power and see where we're at when I turn it back on. I have looked on here and elsewhere but can't find anything which may give an idea how long it should take. Firmware 1.63 I believe.
Also, while this process is running I am unable to access the web page (either http or https versions).
Can anybody help with an answer?
