Title: Linkstation pro duo is invisible to navigator and network, blue power light on

Linkstation pro duo (6TB) has become invisible to Nas navigator and network, blue power light steady so seems OK. I've tried reinstalling software and talking with Buffalo teckies to no avail. Turned off antivirus and wifi and connected linkstation and laptop directly into router ports, still can't see box.

Any ideas?
