Title: Backup Error

When backing up from the Terrastation to a USB drive I get "An error has occured" error.  I check the log and see the following entry.
Log:
/mnt/array1/share/Pictures failed: Is a directory 
 
Any ideas on how to fix this?  Backing up from the USB drive to the Terrastation works fine.

What format is the USB disk in?
