Title: Image broken: powercut on firmware update, HS-DH500GL
Post by: nbackman on February 11, 2014, 12:57:45 PM
Hi,
I was updating firmware on my HS-DH500GL, when I in the middle of the writing process had a powercut.

So, nothing works now. I can see all my data, and access it via rescue software, so that's not a problem. I have moved all my data to a safe place.

But how do I write a new image on the NAS drive? I've tried these TFTP things, but the drive is not ready to receive anything. I think.

If I could download an image file somewhere that's an empty carbon-copy of the drive, I could probably write it on the disk.

Ideas welcome.. :)
