Hi,

I recently purchased a LinkStation Quad 4TB (Firmware Version 1.05). When I run the NASNavigator (Version 2.15) on my Windows Vista Business 64 bit desktop, both the Folder Connection and Folder Synchronization dialog boxes come up in what appears to be Japanese (even though this is a standard US English Windows installation).

How can I fix this?

Did you download this from our website or install from the CD? :)

I've purchased four 4TB LinkStations from Frys Electronics in Southern California and have used al four CD's as well as all NASNavigator downloads on this site. Every installation includes Japanese prompts, radio buttons and, the most damaging, charaters in UNC paths. Funny there is very little on the web. Sure would like to use those features.

Check your computer's Unicode setting via the control panel, and temporarily set it away from "show non-Unicode programs in Japanese" to something else.

Alternatively, look through the folders on the software you download from this website and select the English folder for the install.

I have same machine & same problem

My Firmware Version 1.11

I Check Regional and Language Options everything is fine

I download the software from the website but still didn't solve it

So can some please help me
