Hello Buddy'S,

 

i have one big problem. I can not download the utility software. He show me an Invalid Serial when i want download this!?

 

Can anybody help me?

PM me the full model number and serial number off the label on the device and I will look into this for you.

Works for me, Swp2000... make sure you're on the EU site, and you're selecting the HD-PF320U2 model number.

i cannot donwload secure lock ware,it say wrong serial key.but i i already put the serial key behind my external..sum1 please help me!!
