Title: linkstation LS-W2.0TGL/R1 2TB Pro Duo -- no power light
Post by: linkstationed on January 13, 2014, 01:43:15 PM
Hello,
Looking for some help in reviving my NAS drive.

The model is LS-W2.0TGL/R1 Pro duo. It's a 2TB drive.

All of a sudden, the power light doesnt light on. However, when I connect the power cable, disk usage light (2 arrows)  does light up. So I think it does power on, but the power light does light up.

Also, I have followed through all the steps but the drive is not being discovered in NASNavigator.

Any help will be appreciated.

thanks,

Have you tried changing another power cable? Maybe it's just unable to deliver enough power to the NAS
