Hi, my drive has gone into EM mode.
I have tried to reflash the firmware without success, guess I don't completely understand the process as I can't get the updater to find the drive etc.
If someone could provide a full step by step guide with if possible links to anything needed to download it woud be appreciated.
Also ideas why has this EM happend? As the drive is a back up it does not inspire confidence in the security of my data if it is going to lock me out like this.
