I have the exact same problem as described in the following link:

So Samsung tv only shows small thumbnails through DLNA from my LS-QVL/R5 of higher res pictures. In the above case of Synology they implemented profiles for samsung tv, but is there a similar possibility to fix this annoying feature/bug in Buffalo Linkstation's MediaServer or any other workaround?
Happy to hear any ideas for fixing...
