We switched our file storage to a TS5400 over the weekend and several users are having unreasonably long access times to files.  Files with issues seem to cover all types, including AutoCAD, Excel, Quickbooks and Word.  It does not seem to be all users however which I'm finding odd.  Most of the computers are identical so I don't think it's a spec issue.   Prior to switching over the weekend access times were fine, the only change made is the NAS. 

As a test I opened the same file as one of the users - it took about five minutes to open on his PC and about 30 seconds to open on mine.

6gb Ram
1gb Cisco Switch
TS5400 NAS
The folder is mapped as a network drive in Windows.
Users are assigned to groups and have R/W access to the folder.  The only difference between them and me is I'm also in the admin group but I can't see how that would make such a huge difference.
