Since the device is being seen as a removable hard disk there isn't a way for it to be categorized as a local drive. I'm certain there's a registry edit that can be made somewhere however Microsoft prevents us from posting any such solutions that would make changes to their OS. My apologies. Essentially since it's being seen as a removable disk that means that Windows is seeing it as a USB Disk. So it would be a problem with the transfer software.

The Problem IS IN FAct the Opposit , ON MY Computer it is being seen as a NORMAL Hard Drive not Portable

If I could post a Screen shot you would better understand it !!!!

My Normal Drives are C: [D; is for recovery ] [E: is for DVD]  NOW J:,K:,L:,M: and O: are suppose to be partions of a 1-TB hard drive and  F;,G:,H: and I:  are  Devises for removable storeage :

You can post a screenshot if you've got an account with Photobucket or the like.

So what's the problem here?

An external usb hard drive would show up under Hard Disk Drives.
