Title: LS-WSX EM MODE
Post by: enjaybee on October 11, 2013, 12:02:00 PM
My LinkStation Mini is no longer accessible from my network, Windows cannot see it, but the router know it is connected and I can ping it, NASNavigator says it is in EM Mode.

We have had a few power trips recently and so I wonder if this has corrupted it.

I use it mainly as a backup device, but I also have a lot of photos and music files stored on it which I don't want to lose.
How do I get it back online  and can I do so without losing my data?

Um no actually, the link you provided is for a TOTALLY different issue, alll he needs to do is download the firmware, unzip it and run the .exe file with his security software disabled.
