I have a Terastation Pro II and have not accessed the setting in a while. I do not remember what the user name and password is. How do I reset it to gain access to the settings? Your help is greatly appreciated.
Press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds while the unit is powered on, the IP address will go back to DHCP and user/pass will go back to default.
