Hi, need some help.

I can see disk in NASNavigator2, it has right IP address, it responds to ping. The status light is solid blue. I can access to data with DLNA blueray player, but I cannot access it from my PC. It simply cannot find it on my network. My blueray player also cannot find it on network as a network drive, but It can find it as DLNA compatible device and I can use all video and audio files. When I want to start Web Admin browser returns that page doesn't exist.

The problem is that I cannot access to data to download or upload to Linkstation. Is there any solution to fix this problem?

Have you tired to power cycle it anyway just to be sure it is all good and booted right? I have had to do that with my nas before its not there and all I had to do was un plug it for about a min wait and then plug it back in and it worked fine after that... or the possibility could be that your router or computer or even antivirus software is blocking accrless to it

I have unpluged NAS several times, it was the first thing I tried. Odd thing is that NAS status is OK (by NASNavigator2) and that it perfectly works as DLNA compatible device. NAS did work properly before and it sudenly stoped reposnding few days ago.

I just remembered that I had some issues with electricity so NAS had left without electricity a couple of times (that means it had stoped working without shutting down properly). Could that cause software problems?

With the DLNA device can you access some files? also have you tried to get to the units user interface with the ip address in the address bar on a browser? If you can try one thing for me. Log in and change the name and then restart the Linkstation.
