Post by: voggie on September 21, 2013, 02:55:00 PM
Hope someone can help - received an error ( see below ) and drive was unable to be accessed across network - with blue power light on and red info / error LED on.

Powered down - and after a while powered up - drive sat blue light power flashing for an hour so powered down again -

Saw there is a reset routine - power on with function switch so attempted this - drive now sits power ( blue ) flashing and Function ( blue ) flashing -

un contactable on network - any clues what to do next ?

Try taking our drive 2 and booting the unit back up with only drive 1. The error you got means you have 2 bad sectors detected on drive 2 and to continuing doing backs for safety measures.

If the unit boots up, the unit will be in degrade mode.
