Title: LS-WXL not found on Network
Post by: CoffeeChris on August 29, 2013, 04:34:36 AM
Hi, I have had the NAS for a good couple of years with no issues, but now it no longer appears on my network.

I cannot see it as a connected device on my router, I have tried using a different router - no matter what it will not show.

When I boot it does the flashing blue, then goes constant but the amber info light flashes with a code of 12 I believe (degraded mode). I cant access anything web-admin wise as I have no IP assigned to it.

Is there a way to reset all network settings, anything else I can try? I am on a Mac, but do have access to XP.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Connect it directly to the MAC via RJ45, disable any anti virus and firewall software if running and run the Nas Navigator software and see if it detects it.
