Title: Terastation password

Hi,

 

I've found a very annoying problem. My terastation is connected to our domain. when I try to connect to the NAS drive via the run command using its IP address it opens the shares successfully as expected.

 

But when I try to browse to it using its name it does not work! it prompts me for the username and password. Please help. this was working until the device was rebooted.

Could you please post which firmware you're using?
