Hi

 

I just installed this drive in LAN mode and can backup files to it. What I can't seem to work out is how to use the ECO Manager Software that comes with the drive. If I open the eco manager software my drive is not present and if I open the HD-CELU2 Power Saving Mode program and click Enable I get a message "Device is not connected".

 

Any ideas, does this software only work in USB mode?

When you're connected via LAN is that through an ethernet cable or wireless?

There is a firmware update available here that I believe addresses this issue. Give it a shot and post back your results :)

Hi, I have the same problem but my model is  HD-CE1.0TIUS so I can't get that update for my product, any thoughts?
