Title: How to interrupt a 'neverending' backup-job?
Post by: Volleybanker on April 06, 2009, 06:33:55 AM

-> LinkStation HS-DH500GL Live 500GB NAS

I have started a backup job with parameter: 'immediately'.

This backup-job has never ended (since several weeks(!!)) and is still running - according to the status report.

In reality there is no real backup-action and in the meanwhile there were several other backups which are finally completed.

I have started/rebootet the LinkStation, but there is no effect: The status message says that the backup is still running.

My question: Is there any possibility to interrupt the backup-job, so that the status-message is no longer blocked with the info "that there is a backup running"?

Marcus

Try downloading and updating your NAS with the latest firmware.
