Title: Warranty on HDD Terrastation pro

   Does anyone know what the process is for getting a HDD replaced for my terrastation pro ?

For the US you would contact 866-752-6210 and speak with one of our representatives for an RMA (Return to Manufacturer Authorization). Please keep in mind that this is for Canada and the US. Also, note that the standard warranty for a TeraStation Pro is for 1 year.
