Title: DHCP client not usable in WZR-AGL300NH
Post by: Chaotarch on April 26, 2009, 08:10:25 AM

Hi,

i have since a couple of days a WZR-AGL300NH router, but i cant use it, because my cable modem expects that in the DHCP request is hostname, routername and domainname set.

Unfortunately until yet, i can only set the routername and thats it.

In the DD-WRT firmware for the WHR-HP-G54DD it looks like its possible to setup this parameters.

Is there any chance to got this setup in the WZR-AGL300NH? Maybe with a firmware update or a hint?

Or i am just blinded and didn't found the right configuration page? ;)

Thanks,

Jens

Fixed it with a reset of my cable modem. F***ing mac address cache...

Jens
