Title: Cannot perform Web Access with IE 7 to Terastation
Post by: bryono on March 30, 2009, 08:52:00 PM
I'm using IE Explorer 7.0.5730.13 with Windows XP Media Center (SP3) and I'm not able to log into the Terastation Live (HS-DHTGL/R5) unit. I'm also running Norton 360 on this same unit. This worked two days ago and now it does not.

I have another PC with IE 6 that will allow web access, so I know the router and NAS unit are working properly (and Buffalo Tech confirmed this).

Does anyone know how what security settings in IE 7 need to change (I have gone through and set everything to default and it still does not work)? Would this have anything to do with root certficates that I kept getting prompted on two days ago but today not getting a prompt (don't know why)?

Thanks.

Generally we always perfer that the user would use FireFox.  Have you tried it yet?  If not and you prefer to use IE there is a IE8 out now.
