Title: Forum's time zone setting doesn't work

Hi!

 

Despite I set the time zone at GMT+8 in My Settings, the time I see isn't GMT+8. The time of the posts are -15h compared to the GMT+8 so I guess it's GMT-7 or GMT-8. Why can't I see the time in GMT+8 even if I set it so?
