Title: Unable to Register Software - Does not recognize SR#

I have entered the SR# found on flap of CD clear plastic sleeve three times, making sure that I used Numbers and not letters for "O".

 

What do you recommend I do next?

If you're having issues with the Memeo key on your CD Sleeve you will want to contact your local support office to have a new one sent to you.
