Despite 7-8 attempts, I have been unable to download 161MB file LS-CHL-107.zip from the download section. I have tried IE, Chrome, Free Download manager. The problem is that the servers don't support resume, which is shocking in itself in todays time. Every attempt dowloads between 10-50% and is then lost. Initially I get 200Kbps, which drops after some time to 20, 10 and then stalls. Because it does not support resume, I have to restart from scratch and history keeps repeating.
My question is 1. Why is buffalo making its customers suffer? 2. Is there a mirror or some other server I can download this from.

Well I still can't download it. I am using Vista and as already mentioned, I have tried i with FDM, Chrome and IE. Can someone do me a favour and upload this to some file sharing site that supports resume or make ie available as a torrent or something...

Were can I redownload DRIVENAVI.EXE, the dam thing always reports a CRC ERROR when I try installing it.
I bought this drive yesturday, and I am using Windows 7
As I found some reports that this software does not support 64 bit systems, I reinstalled Windows 7 and I am using 32 bit version.
It was hoped that this would allow the DriveNavi.exe program to install...
BUT NO, IT STILL HAS CRC ERROR
And this is on the new disk!
Whats going on Buffalo????
Why have you released software that drives your product that has an error?
Is it because there is other software on your site that will work in 64 bit mode, but MUST BE PURCHASED after 30 day trial?
Why not have a full working version released with the new drive to begin with.
I feel like taking this unit back and getting as refund altogether...
