Title: DriveStation Network Settings- "browseHD-CELU2-2960" - HELP!!
Post by: givant on March 18, 2009, 01:03:43 PM

I set up the unit locally - GREAT!

I plugged it into the router and set up my computer to access it as a NAS - GREAT!

I installed on the 3 other PC's on my home network - GREAT!

Now, all PC's have an icon to "BrowseHD-CELU2-2960".  This icon calls the program "C:\Program Files\BUFFALO\HD_CELU2\HD_CELU2.exe" /t HD-CELU2-2960.  If I click on the icon, it pops up a window that allows me to exchange files with the NAS.  GREAT!  However, this approach assumes that all file copying will be done by an actual human sitting at a computer.  What about setting it up to auto-sync using a package such as the Memeo sofware that came with the unit?  All such packages required a file system destination, and not an executable program.

Thanks in advance for your help

If you are having issues installing Memeo software, you can go to their site (memeo.com) and download the trial version and then use your product key to enable to full version.

Once that is installed you can set it up to backup whatever you want for whenever you schedule it!
