Title: Unable to register for web access
Post by: Sheugel on March 17, 2009, 07:23:17 AM

Hello,

I purchased recently a Linkstation Live v3. I would like to use the web access feature. When I set a name, a key, the auto-configure firewall option and click apply, nothing happens. It's like a new page is loading but in the end, nothing comes up and the web admin seems crashed. But, I don't even get an error message. I'm using the last firmware. I hope someone can help. Thanks,

Sheugel

Seems to be an issue with your web GUI. I would suggest a re-application of the firmware followed by a reset.

Thanks for your reply. But after opening port 9000 on my router (instead of upnp auto-config), things worked out. I find however strange not to have received a connection error message...
