Title: Is Buffalo now going to delete every post which criticizes their support?

Buffalo still amuses me - are you really going to delete every post which criticizes your support?

 

anyways - just funny to see the screenshots posted.

   With the call volume, amount of emails, and forum questions it's hard to make sure every answer is immediate and perfect.  If you have any further issues please contact in any of these ways and we'll see what solutions are available.

Posts with simple criticism are not deleted. Posts are only deleted when they step into the realm of harassment, as per the User Guidelines:
