when we tried to upgrade TS-H01TGL/R5 to 4TB (4*1TB HDD) the system give us TFTP Mode E06 Lost boot image. how we can solve this.

We upgrade the TS because the 2 HDD 250GB installed in the system failed due to change of electricity

Selbendary,

when you did this did you take one drive out then replace the new one and restructure the raid array so on so forth with all four drives?

selbendary,

Then you would need to perform a TFTP boot through the instructions outlined here followed by a firmware update for your device. Keep us posted.

Try it again... this is the only method of getting the unit to work with four new drives. Try rebooting the TS once the TFTP software is running, and make sure your computer's IP address is 192.168.11.1, and the computer is connected to the same switch or router as the TS.
