Title: TFTP MODE E06: Lost boot image

Wehave TS-H01TGL/R5 and the HDD is failed we change it with 5*250GB HDD Maxtor but when we on the TS system the LCD give us TFTP MODE E06: Lost boot image. we download  the TFTP Boot software but the and connect the TS directlty to PC and give PC IP 192.168.11.1 but we can not see TS to solve problem. also please advise how we Boot the Buffalo NAS into EM Mode

I would suggest plugging the device directly into the NIC card on the pc and setting a static there, and from there try to rerun the software. Just to make sure try to boot the device into EM mode by holding down the reset button on the device while it is booting up. This should get you to EM mode.

we did but and the PC in same IP range of TS but when we holding down the reset button for more than 90s the TS not booting and we can not access EM mode

 

We tried without HDDs but the TS give message no HDD and also no booting. no antivirous or firewalls are running we can ping the unit
