Title: Buffalo HD-CE500UR

The above product was working absoloutly fine now after auto play nothing happens. i try to access the drive

via explorer there is a massive pause then i get a message prompting me to format the hd which i dont want to do....after contacting buffalo tech support i was advised to download drive station turbo usb with power save, after doing so i still cant access the drive. can anyone advise me on wot to do?

   yes there is a light on the unit...and im using win xp ;)

Is that light Red, Green, Flashing, Steady, ect?
