Dittos! Windows updater is at 1.07 now and OS X is still at 1.02. How can I recommend this otherwise excellent product to my customers and fellow Mac users if Buffalo isn't going to support it?

It's not that we're not going to support it.  The reason for the delay is the updater needs to be completely re-coded to work on the Mac platform.  Apparently, due to the amount of time and effort of such a task the one updater that was released for Mac users was an exception to the rule.  There are currently no plans for releasing further firmware updates for Mac users.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Why is that??? If the firmware needs to be updated on the device, it should be made available. Can't be THAT complicated to do anymore. I mean jeez... nice of you to support it ONCE so you can advertise to the Apple market all over the box with "iPhone" and "iTunes" support!

Please lodge my complaint with your superiors that if the device needs to be updated, then it you should support the update across all platforms you've advertised support for, period. It's almost a bait and switch.
