Title: I am unable to web access my office LS-CH

I have an NAS at home and at the office.

I can web access home from the office, but I cannot web access the office from home.

 

If I am at the office I can successfully web access my office NAS and the IP Address is shown as 192.168.1.4

If I try to web access my office from home I get a time out failure and the address is shown as 75.172.182.76

 

I get a 63ms ping responce from 75.172.182.76

I get a couple of delays using pathping 75.172.182.76

 

I am not sure whether I should suspect buffalonas.net or qwest the owner of 75.172.182.76.

 

I have a DSL Modem at the office.

I have a Cable Modem at home. 

 

I am new to this. Since I set up both networks, I can't figure why one doesn't work
