Title: can't login to linkstation pro duo after raid error

I had a raid error and tried restructuring the unit.  The raid error was still present so I tried erasing the unit.  The error is still present and now I can only log in as guest.

 

I tried holding down the reset button during power up for 30 seconds, but still no luck.

Just to clearify one thing, the Reset button on your unit is labeled "Reset" and not Function correct.

 

What RAID mode are you using?

 

What Firmware version are you running? Have you tried to update it?

 

Try booting the unit with the reset booting held in when you start the unit, you can let got after the unit has been booting for a about 3 seconds. Then see if you can log into the web GUI.
