Title: LS Pro Duo LS-W1.OT GL/R1 Fatal Error

I believe I know the answer and that is RMA, but thought I should ask anyways. I have an LED Flash Code of 6 Bliinks (Red), and I am unable to access via any method. Re-initialize does not work. Unit has been in service for less than 6 weeks.
