Hi there,
i found an interesting tool to measure the speed of any NAS regardless the manufacturer and model.
The tool is developed by Intel and therefor should be seen as trusted!
Intel® NAS Performance Toolkithttp://www.intel.com/design/servers/storage/NAS_Perf_Toolkit.htm
I will post my results of my LS-CH1.0TL-EU which seem to be absolutely dissytisfying within the next days.....
regards,
SilverFoX
as promised the results:

Can you tell me, was this run through a gigabit router with cat 6 cable? I was having issues with speed as well and I hooked everything up through a gigabit router with cat 6 cable and it seamed to speed up, but I am not sure how much difference it really made.
