Title: Linkstation EZ LS-L320GL
Post by: modeerf on February 19, 2009, 11:51:40 PM

My wife got the above referenced model and threw it on the network and started moving her pictures over to it. Around 150g so far. Well today we started getting a blinking red light, with a 16 code. Looking at support it looks as if that means it can't find the internal hardrive.

She was never able to connect to it with the NAS Navigator over the network so I can't even see what version of the firmware was on it, and we can't connect to it now.

Any suggestions? I appologize if this is answered somewhere, but I did a quick scan and didn't see anything.

If it's not finding the internal drive as it appears, there's not much to be done besides replacing it. If you purchased it within the one year warranty period and can get a copy of the receipt, call our support line to set up a warranty exchange.
