Guidelines to help you get an accurate and quick answer to your questions.

1)Include the model number of your product. Buffalotech has a variety of Wireless models. Different modelshave different feature sets.

2) Include the firmware revision.

3) Include details about your ISP (company, dsl or cable).

4) Include information about your computer, network, etc.

5) More details are better than less details for people trying to help solve your issue.

I would like to add:

6) For wireless products always include what type of ISP you have (cable/DSL/satellite?)
