I am living in Japan, bought one of these routers, and the firmware is in Japanese. I am looking for an English version of the firmware, or at least some screen shots of the English version so I can tell which buttons to push to configure my router.
You should check the download section of the website. There is a manual and a quicksetup guide for this router in English. It might help.
