Title: cannot access one folder on NAS share
Post by: orangehand on July 01, 2013, 06:48:37 AM

on an LS-WTGL/R1-V3 i have one folder that i cannot access. i have reset the linkstation, tried a backup of the file to another share on the NAS, turned access permissions on and off and tried with various users, but to no avail.

the error on xp is :windows cannot access <path>. you do not have permissions to access <path>

on some method of trying to open it it says that the folder is in use by another application; i have re-booted the machine, but this makes no odds.

HELP (please)!!!!

Do you get the same error if you access the folder from another computer?
