Title: Problems downloading Software for LS-WVL/E
Post by: Grumpy-Old-Man on June 19, 2013, 02:13:03 PM

Hello

This might be a stupid question, and I naturally I searched the forum before asking this...  So if the answer is already "out there" please someone point me in the right direction. Here is my problem:

I got a new laptop, now I need to install NAS Navigator again to access my LS-WVL/E 4GB NAS. On the download page I enter the Model Number as requested and get a list of downloads.

Some have a note "Serial Number required", but when clicking on any of those links I get a page similar to 404. I was expecting to get lead to a page that allows me to enter my serial number...
Where and how would I do that? How can I download those files that require the SR#?

Thanks for Help,

Grumpy :-)

You don't have to download NAS Navigator in order to access your Linkstation.

True that. Also, if you need it, you can go to this link (Windows) or to this link (Mac) to grab the latest revision of NASNavi
