Title: Stop backup job on a HS-DH4.0TGL/R5
Post by: sglet on June 17, 2013, 02:40:09 PM

Greeting,

A couple of months ago we were handed a HS-DH4.0TGL/R5 and have been using it since. The firmware version is 2.14.

There is a hanged backup job on my NAS and no documented way to stop it. Am I missing something obvious ?

Thanks

Simon Glet

can you delete the backup job? If not then the unit will need to be reset.

Hi Davo,

I can't figure out how to do that. The disk backup web page does not provide any possible action and there is no console (or is there ?)

Reseting would be disapointing.

Thanks !
