Title: Firmware 1.33-1.32 lan link down
Post by: giaced on February 12, 2009, 02:11:40 AM

Hello I am an italian user of Terastation TS-HTGL/R5 F/W 1.33.

I have upgraded the firmware to last version and when I backup my file after 1 hour from the start of backup Restrospect show this error message:

-    11/02/2009 22.55.32: Copying Dati (D:) on Server1
Additional error information for Disk Backup Set member "1-Mercoledì-TS",
Can't write to file \\TSBCKDAILY\share\Retrospect\Mercoledì-TS\1-Mercoledì-TS\DQ000144.rdb, error -1116 (can't access network volume)
Trouble writing: "1-Mercoledì-TS" (3351273472), error -102 (trouble communicating)

At this moment Terastation is blocked (not respond to any ping, web browser...) and the only way to unlock is unplug the power supply connector but this operation force an automatic rebuid on raid array and this require more time...

Is a bug of this firmware version?

Sergio

PS: sorry for my very bad English
