Print Page - Initial download on HD-PNTU3 deletes

Title: Initial download on HD-PNTU3 deletes

I have tried 3 times to do an initial download on myDell, Windows 7 laptop. When progress bar finally gets to the end, 6 hours later, the HD-PNTU3 deletes everything without an error message or explanation. Nothing shows in the Error File after.

Sounds like there is not enough room on the HD-PNTU3 for what you are copying over.
