I have been using the 1TB LS-CHL for 2 years without incident. Today, while using home PC, it just dropped off my network and can not be seen by NasNaviagor. Function light does not light at all, but blue light is solid at top of unit. Tried to do the EM reboot, but does not work (power off, then power on with function button held). Any suggestions?
First rule of network problems is: Check the cables.
What are the two lights (green and orange) above the network connector of the unit doing?
