Title: Off=site back up of LS-XL
Post by: TMHC on June 08, 2013, 05:18:13 PM

Hi,

I've got a linkstation LS-XL connected to a small network of 4 x Windows 7 computers. I use the linkstation as a data server so that all 4 x computers use the same data. It works well.

I'd like to make a daily automated off-site back up. In the past I've used iDrive, sugarsync and spideroak, but that was when I was only doing an off-site back up of 1 x computer. These 3 back up programs don't seem to allow back up of network drives. (or at least I don't seem to get them to manage it).

Is there any way of solving this problem ? Any settings on the NAS that would allow offline back up ?

Thanks in advance,

Tailor.
