Title: How do I Unstall Buffalo Tools

One of the Buffalo Tools that came with my hard drive (HD-HSQ(v2)) has completely screwed up my computer. In the Control Panel > Programs area, Buffalo Tools is not listed, so I can't uninstall it the way I would a normal program. I need some specific instructions that do not refer to the Control Panel method of uninstalling, because that method is not available to me.
