Title: LS-XL3.0TL Not Booting after Scandisk

Hello,

Anyone can help me with my new storage LS-XL3.0TL.

The device can not boot (flashing blue all the time) after scandisk.

I can ping, but web interface is not working; NAS navigator can not detect it as well.

So what should I do?
